Taxes & Duties
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and customs duties. Your shipment may be subject to additional charges depending on the laws of the destination country. All orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, as determined by your local customs authority. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of these additional fees.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the EU / Bulgaria via DHL Express or Bulgarian Post. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and selected courier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of items in good condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To process a return or exchange, please send photos of the product from all angles, or a video, to confirm its condition. Items must be securely packaged in a rigid box or thick paper for return shipping.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the product does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

If an item is damaged during return shipping, the return/exchange will not be approved and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and accept the returned goods. Please note that original shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable.
